From hobby,
to habit,
to NinjaQue.

Like all good entrepreneur stories, it started with a passion for a hobby — smoking meats for any and all occasions. We once joked we'd smoke cereal if it was acceptable.

After dozens of briskets, racks and racks of ribs, and a tonnage of pulled pork, NinjaQue grew from a hobby into something we just had to share. Korean culture meets Texas-style smoked meats — low and slow, with care and precision.

Pitmaster's favorite? Smokey pulled pork over a bowl of Thai rice with a dollop of spicy kimchi — the perfect bite. But honestly, wood-smoked brisket next to a pile of japchae noodles, sticky-sweet burnt ends over rice, matcha tres leches for dessert… you really can't go wrong.

Office offsite, all-hands, client appreciation. We park at your building, serve through the window, and your team gets a real lunch instead of another sandwich tray.

C / BACKYARD

Show off, calmly.

20–80 guests · From $42/person

Birthdays. Graduations. The neighborhood block party that everyone will remember. We bring the smoke, plates, napkins, and one pitmaster who tells good stories.

Yes. I mean, Travis is a Korean pitmaster. The smoker is real, the brisket is post-oak, and the japchae is on the side because it should be. Trust us.
